TREASURE : new silver craft
———————————————————-
Treasure is a first-time collaboration between Ghostpatrol & Victoria Mason.
The two necklaces are a limited edition of 99. Each original model was hand carved
by Victoria Mason and each face is individually carved by Ghostpatrol, so that no
two are exactly alike.
Both pieces are cast in sterling silver, and suspended from a sterling silver chain,
are available in an oxidised or polished finish.
Each necklace is kept safe in a hand-made Tailfeather pouch, and also comes with a
signed and numbered Ghostpatrol gocco print.

hello earth planet,
there are many things going on in art town,
details following.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
YUSK at Backwoods Gallery

Backwoods is very proud to be hosting the latest exhibitions from one of Brazil’s
predominant street artists. Yusk represents the vanguard of a new generation of
emerging Brazilian artists. His style transcends that of the hackneyed, commonplace
street art often seen gracing street and gallery walls, and is the very reason that he
is universally considered a unique character.
You Have No Chance With Coincidence opens Friday the 9th of September and
run until the 25th of September.
Previews and catalogue available here

RMIT Space Invaders
Touring from the national gallery

I’m proud to be part of this national gallery collection.
12 months after this collection opened at the NGA in Canberra, now Melbourne has
it’s chance to see the amazing collection of works.
Featuring 150 works by over 40 Australian artists, this exhibition celebrates the
energy of street-based creativity and recognises street stencils, posters, paste-ups,
zines and stickers as comprising a recent chapter in the development of Australian
prints and drawings.
